Business service terms

These are general starting terms for website, system, and automation enquiries. Your written project agreement sets the specific deliverables and conditions.

Scope and quotation

Each project is quoted individually. A quotation confirms scope, currency, deliverables, revisions, third-party costs, and support arrangements. Additional requirements may need a revised quote.

Timing and payments

The 3–7 day estimate applies only to suitable simple projects with complete requirements; it is not guaranteed. Standard payments are 50% before development and 50% upon completion before deployment or turnover. Larger projects may use agreed milestones.

Before development begins

Your project agreement should confirm acceptance criteria, ownership and access, cancellation and refund terms, maintenance, and responsibilities for content, licences, and data. Do not send payment until you have reviewed and accepted your quotation and terms.
